Team description
TME Safety & Health Division is responsible for the deployment of the Toyota Safety Management System across all operations in Europe and the further strengthening of the Corporate Safety Culture through all Business Units towards our zero-accident objective.
Within this construct and with full alignment to the Company’s Mission, the Corporate Team is focused on a range of collaborative activities with its Regional stakeholders which seek to deliver on our ambitions towards the concept of ‘Any Member Any Process’ and the attainment of Zero STOP6 incidents. The team is actively engaged in supporting the Manufacturing Business Units through New Model initiatives and more generally striving to develop and strengthen Business Unit Self-Reliance through X-Functional support.

TME Safety & Health Corporate Team is looking for a problem solver to assist us in our journey towards ‘Any Member Any Process’ within our Regional Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations as well as lead safety related topics in the scope of the mid-term regional Safety & Health Action Plan. It is not a pre-requisite for the successful candidate to have an in-depth knowledge of Ergonomics – technical training will be provided. However, the ability to fit into a small and highly motivated team is essential, as is the ability to interact with people at all levels of the business across the Region. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate an ability to manage projects, a passion for problem solving, identifying potential solutions and crucially be able to use their influencing skills in securing stakeholder engagement.
