The Specialist manages project timelines, quotations, orders, stakeholder communication, and follow‑up activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. They also drive standardization, best‑practice implementation, detailed analysis, and continuous improvement within a cross‑functional, international team.

For our production parts, multiple cross-docks and consolidation points across the region support the supply of components to our manufacturing plants. Vehicle Logistics Groups in our European hubs, cross-docks and port operations ensure our customers get their vehicles on-time, in-time, every time. For after-sales activities, we have an extensive supply chain to organise and support service parts and components.

 

The Service Parts Supply Chain Group operates 18 central distribution warehouses throughout Europe. Using a hub & spoke distribution method, they ship thousands of components and accessories every day to over 3300 retailers throughout Europe and affiliates across the globe.

Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

Our Team: Parts Supply Chain Transformation Department (Depot transformation team working in 13 depots across Europe).

Our essence: Our teams are accountable to deliver the right product (=Parts or information) at the right time through lean integrated logistics, exceeding customer & stakeholder expectations with engaged members realising a sustainable future.

You will be based in Poland and working within our international depot transformation team based in other countries across Europe, our mission is to secure optimum capacity & enhance safety, quality, efficiency in our operations at all our regional depots through implementation of best practices, standardization of process/tools.

 

Your role description

 

The Supply Chain Transformation Specialist is responsible for coordinating & monitoring local timeline of planning, quotations & orders, ensuring progress within the organisation. Working in a cross-functional team, you are ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects within budget, overseeing progress, keeping track & following-up activities.

The role requires strong project skills, keen attention to detail, the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and to work independently within a virtual organisation (Team dispersed across Europe)

 

Your responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Active contribution to transformation projects from preparation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to meet objectives & deliverables by fostering a culture of transparency & accountability.
  • Planning: Develop and manage detailed plans, schedules & facilitate resource allocations. Identify risks jeopardising successful completion.
  • Monitoring & Follow Up: Track progress against milestones, prepare status reports, and ensure issues are addressed promptly. Facilitate regular follow-up meetings to maintain momentum.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyse project outcomes, capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to project management processes and methodologies.
  • Analyse: Ability to perform detailed studies on market conditions, gap definition & predict future capacity needs to adapt to market changes in any European region

Your Profile

Your profile

  • You have experience with warehouse & logistics transformation projects, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / project management 
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis, linked to the different projects in Europe
  • Proficient in Office 365 ( Excel, Access, PPT, Share point)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
