Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

 

As part of Vehicle Logistics (VLG), V-CARE (Vehicle Customisation And Retailer dElivery) is the interface between NMSCs (National Marketing & Sales Companies, e.g. Toyota Spain/Italy/France) and TME Vehicle Logistics Group.

Our objective is to:

  • Ensure the delivery of vehicles to Toyota’s retailer network in line with the committed delivery dates (ETA),
  • Support the launch of new models by securing the readiness of accessory installations in our logistic Hubs and the timely delivery of launch vehicles,
  • Support pan-European accessory strategies & vehicle conversion projects.

 

Your responsibilities

 

You support vehicle distribution hubs by being the link between operations and other departments. As such you:

  • Define, create & maintain tools for operational and strategic decision making, through automatic data gathering, transformation & analysis,
  • Define & maintain ETA & lead time settings by periodic data analysis to ensure accurate delivery dates and contribute to Customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate pre-delivery correction activities instructed by Quality Division and report their status

 

 You also have the key role of ensuring transparent and relevant communication towards our key stakeholders and customers. You:

  • Create and share the weekly newsletter to NMSCs to communicate the on-going key challenges in supply chain,
  • Measure customer satisfaction through the yearly NMSC survey, analyse the results and provide recommendations on next improvement priorities for VLG,
  • Facilitate weekly touchpoints with Sales to report month to date delivery achievement and gaps by market.

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • You are highly logical and analytical, with a strong ability to structure complex problems and identify patterns in large datasets.
  • You have experience in data manipulation tools and ideally SQL, and comfortable working with large-scale databases and business intelligence platforms.
  • You are adaptable and responsive, able to manage multiple data requests from different departments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • You are organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills to track tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • You are a clear communicator, capable of presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a concise and impactful way.
