Out of our local depot, Toyota Logistics Services Austria, based in Bruck an der Leitha, we are serving not only towards all Toyota and Lexus dealers of Austria, but also towards Romania, Hungary and Adria .In order to strengthen our team in Austria, we are looking for a committed and motivated Specialist for Customer Support and Traffic & Customs.

Your team and your responsibilities

  • Drive excellence in logistics operations at Toyota Parts Center Austria to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and team development in a dynamic automotive supply chain
  • Lead a team of 3 Supervisors and 6 Team Leaders using Toyota Way principles, identify development needs of your team members and ensure their growth
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and compliance
  • Create and foster safety culture - create a zero-risk operations environment through proactive risk management
  • Promote continuous improvement and customer-first mindset
  • Manage KPIs, optimize material flows, and implement lean logistics strategies
  • Ensure legal and corporate standards are met across all activities

Your Profile

  • University degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience
  • You have at least 5 years of management experience in logistics or production (automotive preferred)
  • Fluent in German and English (native or C1)
  • Strong leadership skills, strong analytical skills, and TPS/Lean experience
  • You are well organised, and your flexibility makes you a perfect team player
  • You are stress resistant and able to prioritize to meet strict deadlines
  • You have strong communication and negotiation attitude in an assertive but diplomatic way to reach consensus and get buy-in
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
