Your team and your responsibilities

Team description

 

The Business Partnering (BP) team is a large and dynamic international team which mission is to:

  • Provide strategic organisation & development support to TME management and PanE Affiliates HR teams
  • Drive the People & Innovation (P&I) Agenda in the business and bring business needs on the P&I agenda (understand business needs to unleash the potential of all employees)
  • Be the key contacts of management and employees for career, development and individual issues

 

This position will report to the BP Planning Manager and involves taking initiatives, accepting responsibility and handling sensitive information.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • You provide efficient administrative support to the whole Team in the implementation and follow-up of various organisation & development processes such as onboarding & offboarding, organisation changes, appraisal, career & development, contracts addenda, reporting, meetings organisation, etc.
  • Champion in BP Operational Excellence and new digital tools, with special focus on maintenance and efficiency improvements to the Team’s information management and processes
  • You act as budget controller (Oracle invoicing, regular budget reporting, etc.) and GDPR champion for the team
  • You manage the team mailboxes and maintain the information on InTouch (intranet)
  • You actively support the coordination and logistics of key BP and social dialogue meetings & events (TEF, Yearly BWC,…)

 

Your Profile

  • You have strong organisation & planning skills and deliver your work in a timely & qualitative manner
  • You have experience in office administration & data management and can design efficient work processes
  • You are proficient in Office 365 and MS Office (Excel in particular) - experience with PeopleSoft is an asset
  • You are fluent in English (TME business language), knowledge of Flemish and/or French is an asset
  • You can work independently and make proposals to support the team and its customers / stakeholders
  • You are an accurate, self-driven and efficient teamplayer
