Your team and your responsibilities

Team description

 

The team consists of 9 members, including 2 contractors and 1 intern, with a total of 6 full-time equivalent (FTE) roles including the Demand Planning Specialist position. It’s a diverse and collaborative group focused on delivering efficient and accurate supply chain operations.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Appropriate Sales forecasting process and accuracy ensuring on time availability ensuring end customer demand (regular and irregular)
  • Project management on various forecast accuracy improvement activities to have lener inventory condition (Kaizen mindset)
  • Problem solving with Toyota external and TME internal related divisions on stock & forecast abnormalities respecting the Toyota way
  • Various process mapping & kaizen activities in view of a major new logistics software roll out
  • KPI follow up and analysis resulting in action plans to close any potential gap to meet the targets

 

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  •  Outgoing & proactive personality with excellent project management & teamwork skills with customer mindset
  •  Master or Bachelor in procurement/supply chain or related discipline is an asset
  • Problem solver with hands on mentality
  • Genuinely interested in the automotive industry & supply chain management 
  • Attention to detail and enjoys working in an active supply environment
  • Excellent knowledge on Power BI reporting, office 365 applications
  • Automation proces and/or AI tools experience
  • 3 to 5 year's experience in demand planning is a plus
