Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

 

Part of the Talent Transformation division, this team is responsible for the DE&I vision and strategy for Toyota in Europe.

Your responsibilities

You will be a part of a personable and supportive team that collaborates closely with eachother, stakeholders from across the business and externally to help us to realise our diversity, equity and inclusion vision.

 

You will be the process owner of DE&I communication, and your responsibilities will include

  • Annual communications strategy & execution
  • Management of external DE&I partnerships & awards  
  • Executive Diversity Board communications
  • Annual European Diversity Conference

 

 

You will also lead DE&I programs/activity. For example,

  • PAN E Diversity Champions program
  • Employee Resource Groups strategy & execution

Your Profile

Essentially, you will have:

  • Experience or a clear passion for DE&I / social inclusion
  • Fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • Able to build strong and collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders from within Toyota and externally
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Competent at self-organisation and time management
  • Autonomous project management skills
  • Adept with MS office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

Ideally (not essentially), you will also have some experience and proficiency in:

  • Video editing/content creation tools
  • Adobe Premier Pro/other video software
  • Using Canva
  • In-House Studio software (Training available)
  • Producing Microsoft events (Teams/TownHall)
