In our transformation journey, one of our key ambitions is to become a truly software driven company. Connected Technologies (CT) Division is leading this change within TME by transforming Toyota / Lexus cars into Digital Smart Cars in cooperation with Global Toyota Organisation.

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic candidate who will further develop and strengthen the Customer Support for our Connected Services.

This will entail, amongst others, the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Customer Support strategy for connected services/features in line with the overall company strategy
  • Ensure proper alignment between related stakeholders - R&D, Vehicle Quality, Toyota Connected Europe (TCEU), Toyota Motor Cooperation (TMC), and more
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our operational efficiency by applying your data science skills and help our team to navigate and identify obstacles quickly
  • Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to drive improvement and ultimately customer satisfaction, including reporting to top management on a regular basis
  • Standardise/support standardisation of the processes applied by different stakeholders
  • Enhance Quality mindset within the team by promoting Root Cause analysis and Recurrence Prevention

Your Profile

  • You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, or Business Management
  • You are fluent in English (TME business language); any other languages are an asset
  • You have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • You are customer-oriented and take ownership to challenge the status quo
  • You have a strong Quality mindset that you can promote within and outside the organisation
  • You have an interest in digitalization and new technologies
  • You are organized, flexible, proactive, delivery-focused, and willing to continuously learn
  • You can perform efficient analysis utilizing state-of-the-art tools (MS Power BI, PowerApp, etc.) and are able to optimize/standardize data collection and reporting
  • You have good communication skills, time management, and business understanding
