In a nutshell

Be the Product Owner of the KINTO Digital Experience: Manage a team of contractors working on designing, developing & improving the KINTO websites.  The PO aims to maximize the value delivered by the development team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with the KINTO Business & the NMSC & SFCs needs.

 

Be the key contact for all the NMSCs and SFCs in Europe when it comes to launching, growing and supporting KINTO´s website presence in the market.

Your team and your responsibilities

Team description

 

Digital & business transformation is at the core of the Sales Business Transformation team. New initiatives and projects have been established to speed up the transformation & reach company goals, focused on two main targets:

[1] Leading Customer Experience: developing a breakthrough, omni-channel relationship with consumers

[2] Lean and Future proof distribution: digitalization & centralization ensures efficiencies in our operations, complementing the customer and employee experience

 

Your responsibilities

  • Be the link between the Business & the Technical teams by:
    • Understanding the products requirements & markets specificities.
    • Translate & foresee these needs into a clear product vision & requirements for the website. 
    • Follow all the agile ceremony (PI, sprint, backlog management, Business reviews etc.) to always deliver features on time and as expected by all the stakeholders. 
    • Constantly benchmark KINTO, Toyota and Lexus competitors to always provide the best experience to our users.
  • Actively work with the Toyota central CMS platform -> Adobe Experience Manager
    • Understand the platform, how the team uses it, what it enables and its limits.
    • Create and maintain the KINTO website blueprints.
    • Edit content & publish pages on behalf of the markets.
  • Collaborate with various development teams to improve the integration between Toyota Group brands (Toyota, Lexus, KINTO)
    • Work towards a seamless digital experience for the Toyota, Lexus & KINTO Product
    • Work with the Toyota & Lexus content team to develop the central blueprints.
    • Leverage the existing systems & database in TME to enable NMSCs & KINTO markets to better managed leads.
  • Support the markets in any of their digital needs on a daily basis:
    • Support local team with the content management & implementation of the website blueprint.
    • Roll-out and train the local teams to use the TME Analytics stack (Adobe Analytics, Content Square etc.)
    • Train & Coach, the local team to take actions towards GPDR compliance (Onetrust monitoring, following TME digital campaign guidelines etc.)
  • Manage the team´s budget:
    • Planning & forecasting of the fiscal year budget based on the product vision.
    • Allocate Development, Design, Analytics resources accordingly.
    • Follow the Toyota internal process for budget management

Your Profile

  • University degree
  • Fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • Proven experience working on large scale complex digital transformation projects ideally with some experience in Automotive industry
  • Analytical & accurate
  • Attention to detail
  • Interest in future digital automotive industry
  • Persistent, resilient & goes the extra mile
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Negotiation in multi-cultural environment
  • Result driven and able to break down complex tasks into manageable portions
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Good understanding of Digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads campaigns etc.)
  • Knowledge of Atlassian applications Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge and experience of Scrum methodologies at scale
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
