Your team and your responsibilities

Team description

 

Newly created BSD GR business planning team is responsible to develop sustainable business model with integration of GR motorsports into mass market activities on Pan-E basis. (To protect Motorsports gemba and contribute to "Ever-better car".)

 

Your responsibilities

 

Support the Head of and the team to collaborate with wide range of stakeholders, such as TME related functions including :

 

- Scheduling/meeting arrangement

- Documentation (incl. ENG-JPN translation)

- Purchase Order/Payment process/Expense claim, etc.

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME business language)
  • You are fluent in Japanese at a native or business level (communication with TMC)
  • Communication with external stakeholders (Toyota group companies, NMSC, Partners, DLRs)
  • Materials preparation for working level
  • Open mindset
  • Ready to take ownership of your tasks
  • Communication to build up the consensus and making simple and clear strategic report
  • Flexibility of tasks
  • Analytical & organizational skills
