Your team and your responsibilities

Develop mechanical accessories with the highest standards of safety, compliant with all applicable regulations, and going beyond customer expectations.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Accessories for vehicles sold in Europe (Toyota & Lexus)
  • Define product requirements of accessories so our suppliers can design according to our standards.
  • Achieve on time launch of the accessories under your responsibility.
  • Follow up with suppliers on regular basis to ensure parts are developed to meet performance, quality and cost targets.
  • Secure regulation compliance and collaborate with homologation department.
  • Confirm final 3D design and approve 2D drawings.
  • Define installation steps for the accessories.
  • Evaluate the parts to ensure all requirements are met. Solve any issues raised during evaluation and installation trials.
  • Quality concerns solving during development and in mass production.
  • Support development of new types of accessories.
  • Contribute to always improving our design standards.

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or Industrial design.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of Catia.
  • Project management skills, including many stakeholders.
  • Knowledge about materials & productions process.
  • Available to travel for business (mostly short visits to suppliers and our manufacturing plants in Europe).
