Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

 

Our team, named Toyota/Lexus Customer Service Management (TSM/LSM), is part of the Value Chain/Strategy & Service Operations Division in Toyota Motor Europe (TME), responsible with the development and pan-European implementation of strategic programs to achieve supreme Customer experience through sustainable high-performance, quality service and parts operations at Toyota and Lexus retailers, as foundation for sustainable business growth.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development, or the improvement of the TSM/LSM strategic program, focused to boost Customer experience and strengthen the quality of service and parts operations at Toyota and Lexus retailers.
  • TSM/LSM pan-European implementation by assigned local National Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSC’s).
  • Regular follow-up with assigned NMSC’s to monitor the implementation progress, ensure the achievement of the agreed implementation targets, ensure the expected business impact following the implementation.
  • Conduct field visits to assigned NMSC’s to observe the TSM/LSM implementation process at retailers and provide practical support and on-job training to increase the quality of the TSM/LSM implementation.
  • Provide support to organize the annual TSM/LSM training and TSM/LSM promotional events for NMSC’s.

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME business language), able to communicate clearly, logically and persuasively, verbally and in writing.
  • You are energetic and have a positive mindset, eager to bring value to business, without being discouraged by potential challenges.
  • You are happy to work in a divers and multicultural environment.
  • You have strong Project management skills.
  • You have experience and good knowledge in the automotive business, especially in retailers’ parts and service operations, or industrial mass production.
  • You have the capacity to learn and adapt quickly to a dynamic business environment.
  • You are proactive and enjoy taking ownership of tasks.
  • You are a strong communicator who can connect and influence people.
  • You are flexible and willing to travel when business requires.
