Our team, named Toyota/Lexus Customer Service Management (TSM/LSM), is part of the Value Chain/Strategy & Service Operations Division in Toyota Motor Europe (TME), responsible with the development and pan-European implementation of strategic programs to achieve supreme Customer experience through sustainable high-performance, quality service and parts operations at Toyota and Lexus retailers, as foundation for sustainable business growth.
