Toyota's ambition and vision involve transitioning into a mobility company that provides continuously improved mobility solutions for everyone.

 

In pursuit of this goal, two entities have been founded in Europe. Toyota Connected Europe, located in London, serves as the technological solutions provider. On the other hand, Toyota Connected Technologies, headquartered in Brussels, takes responsibility for devising, planning, and executing the European strategy for connected, multimedia, and mobility services.

 

Toyota Connected Technologies Division (TME-CT) has a clear focus on the Car of Tomorrow.

In TME-CT, Alliance Teams are focusing on better technology solutions and services together with Alliance OEMs.

 

Your responsibilities

We are in search of a dynamic Sr Specialist (he/she) who will integrate Toyota connected solutions & services and Alliance OEMs’. The candidate is in charge of building and managing the business cases.

Your responsibilities entail:

 

Lead one of connected alliance projects.
- Collaborate with TME related divisions and external parties (Toyota Head office in JP, other OEMs, suppliers, IT companies, etc.)
- Put all parties’ development and evaluation schedule into one master schedule.
- By maintaining the master schedule together with related parties, make alignment
with all parties and visualize what is on time and what is delayed and manage projects.

Make necessary contract agreement with other OEMs and related parties.
Study technical solutions and make consensus on the appropriate system architecture.
Make business case for the alliance project (cost, revenue, and profit)
Build collaborative relationship with different parties.

Your Profile

  • You hold a degree in Economics, Business or Engineering
  • You have 4-8 years of Professional Experience in Automotive/Mobility/IT/Connected fields.
  • Enthusiast for Mobility Transformation
  • You demonstrate proven capabilities in negotiation and reaching consensus.
  • You showcase strong communication and excellent planning skills.
  • Result driven and able to break down complex tasks into manageable portions.
  • Creative, rigorous, challenging and persevering, empathy.
  • Strong computer literate (MS Excel, and PowerBI tools) and strong visualizing skills and making Power point.
  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language), any other European language is an added value.
