Your team and your responsibilities

Team description

 

Lead team of technical specialist to resolve customer’s issue in the area of Connected Services

 

Your responsibilities

  • Planning, assigning, and monitoring the workload of the technical specialist
  • Monitor KPI and ensure regular update to management
  • Ensure critical issues are being addressed or escalated to higher management
  • Interact with relevant stakeholders to update on ongoing issues
  • Propose and implement improvements in the current customer support flow
  • Contribute to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Communicate with key stakeholders

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • You have experience in SW development and technical support
  • You have minimum 7 years experience in the area of technical support
  • You have experience in automotive industry and connected services
  • You have an IT background
  • You like troubleshooting technical issues
  • You have knowledge about technical support methodology
