Your team and your responsibilities

Team description

 

Conversion quality department is responsible to asses and assure the quality of conversions done by suppliers and partners

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Organise quality activities inline with project milestones to assure on-time launch
  • Vehicle assessment: support evaluation of the impact of conversions on the structure and functions of the vehicle
  • Quality assessment: evaluate and validate quality documents to ensure compliance with Toyota's Conversion quality standards
  • Product Audit: Conduct product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Supplier process assessment: conduct, evaluate and follow up audits of conversion companies to assess their processes and capabilities
  • Manage field quality activities, including analysing customer feedback and implementing corrective actions
  • Process improvement: Develop, implement and kaizen quality procedures and standards

Your Profile

Your profile:

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • You have a Master degree in Engineering
  • You have minimum 3 years experience in project quality tools (such as APQP /PPAP) and in problem solving tools (such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5x why)
  • You have good knowledge of quality management systems and developing procedures and standards
  • You have good practical know-how in manufacturing technologies (casting, injection, assembly,..) at automotive manufacturer or automotive Tier 1
  • You demonstrate in depth experience in vehicle design and vehicle manufacturing
  • You have been conducting supplier and process audits as lead auditor
  • You have demonstrated project management skills including on-time achievement of milestones
