Team description
The P&I and Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team belongs to the Information Technology & Digital function.
The main mission of the team is to be a strategic sparring partner for our Business units by providing the best technology and solutions, achieving best-in-class support and co-designing future business solution landscape. We work cross-functionally with multiple other functions such as P&I, ESG, Sustainability, R&D, Homologation etc. and our affiliates in Europe.
At Sustainability side of the team we are responsible from building systems to meet EU regulations. There is a ground-breaking piece of legislation adopted in the European Union (EU) that sets a new standard for global sustainability reporting called CSRD (The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive). In this context we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us manage the ESG driven sustainability initiatives and CSRD implementation.
Your responsibilities
Translating the regulation requirements into practical technical feature roadmaps and work with implementation teams to successful implement them
Defining data collection process and integration to IT systems
Preparing functional and technical designs
Organise, chair and facilitate project meetings / workshops / steering commitees
Learn and follow internal processes to get the projects through

You have practical experience with project lead role in an Agile context with at least one successful implementation of an ESG project
You have knowledge and affinity with ESG and Sustainability application landscape and processes
You are energetic, dynamic and proactive person with leadership vocation and excellent communication skills
You are able to build an efficient network inside the company and its affiliates
