Toyota's ambition and vision involve transitioning into a mobility company that provides continuously improved mobility solutions for everyone.

In pursuit of this goal, two entities have been founded in Europe. Toyota Connected Europe, located in London, serves as the technological solutions provider. On the other hand, Toyota Connected Technologies, headquartered in Brussels, takes responsibility for devising, planning, and executing the European strategy for connected, multimedia, and mobility services.

Toyota Connected Technologies Division has a clear focus on the Car of Tomorrow.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with data business POs and TME stakeholders (TCEU, IT&D, R&D) to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements.
  • Define & document business & process flow.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance products and services based on data analysis and market trends.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior management effectively.
  • Collaborate with data engineers (TCEU) and IT teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and automotive technology.

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Java, SQL server for data extraction and manipulation is a plus.
  • Experience with an offshoring development model is a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is a plus.
  • Experience on SCRUM & SaFe methodology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of connected vehicle technology, telematics, and IoT (Internet of Things) concepts is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
