Team description

In our transformation journey, one of our key ambitions is to become a truly software driven company. Connected Technologies (CT) Division is leading this change within TME by transforming Toyota / Lexus cars into Digital Smart Cars in cooperation with Global Toyota Organisation.

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Specialist (he / she / they) who will further develop and strengthen the Digital Built-In-Quality of our Connected Services. This will entail, amongst others, following responsibilities:

  1. Key Performance Indices (KPI)
    • Develop KPIs to enable to track our (quality) performance.
    • Create KPI dashboards.
    • Set-up and maintain governance model to monitor KPI.
    • Report KPI performance to upper management within and outside CT
    • Define and roll-out action plans to improve our KPI performance.
  1. Quality Management System (QMS)
    • Develop / improve our QMS in line with Industry Standards (e.g. ISO) as well as TME specific requirements.
    • Define, in close collaboration with our strategy and development teams, the required Quality gates and Quality deliverables for each of these gates.
    • Enforce implementation of these Quality gates and deliverables throughout the development and lifecycle of our Connected Services.
  2. Quality mindset
    • Develop initiatives to further enhance the Quality mindset within CT.
    • Act as a Quality ambassador by driving and encouraging Quality improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

  • You are customer oriented and take ownership to challenge the status quo.
  • You have a strong Quality mindset that you can promote within and outside the organisation.
  • You have an interest in digitalization and new technologies.
  • You are organized, flexible, pro-active, delivery focused and willing to continuously learn.
  • You can perform efficient analysis utilizing state of the art tools (MS Power BI, PowerApp, …) and are able to optimize/standardize data collection and reporting.
  • You have good communication skills, time management and business understanding.
  • You have a (master) degree in Engineering, Information Technologies or Business Management.
  • You are fluent in English (TME business language), any other languages are an asset.
  • You have minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
