Team/division description
Collision and Parts Channel Management team is responsible for Collision Strategy and Collision parts business in Europe and within the markets. This includes coordination of Trade and parts wholesales activities, as well as managing cooperation with Toyota Insurance Services (Toyota Captive Insurance Company) and KINTO (Toyota Captive Leasing Company) in the area of aftersales business steering.
Activities directly impact the overall Value Chain profit, as Collision, along side with Trade business are the biggest categories of Parts business, which is a key contributor to overall TME consolidated profit. We are a team of many nationalities and work with 30+ different markets that buy from us. We work in a dynamic environment where fact-based and speedy decision making is key in order to achieve targets. Precision is paramount in our team and our actions have direct impact on the Parts sales in the markets. The team has recently embarked on a Collision Strategy roll-out activity and is managing a big pan-European change project, working closely with the NMSC’s, creating, enhancing and improving Collision Network from Capacity and Quality aspects.
Your Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and apply expertise in Collision parts area and management of multi-disciplinary programmes according to agreed priorities in the Value Chain Strategy.
Project Management. Design, oversee and monitor the execution of projects/ programmes under area of responsibility, provide specialists input focusing on Collision Parts category management.
To be main contact for NMSC for specific parts categories performance and best practice sharing across NMSCs using Value Chain Program Management
You will work with many stakeholders within TME (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Purchasing, Product Management) as well as NMSC’s.
Control Collision parts performance and identify sales growth opportunities.
