Team description

Information Systems is a truly pan-European function with members based in Head Office, manufacturing plants, and National Sales & Marketing companies across Europe.

Pan-E IS vision is to BE at the core of the business.One of the main pillars of this is to BE Secure by stabilizing and securing systems and operations while transforming.

The Cyber Security team is responsible for guarding the reputation of Toyota by assessing and protecting Toyota existing business against external and internal threats.The team also enables growth in Toyota businesses by securing innovation, protecting intellectual property and promoting secure business practice.The team follows the principle of continuous improvement through education and insight to build the best security practice possible.

Your responsibilities

• Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks.
• Troubleshooting security and network problems
• Responding to all system and/or network security breaches.
• Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
• Participating in the change management process.
• Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities.
• Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.

• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
• You have superior written and verbal communication skills
• You have strong interpersonal and network development skills
• You have strong planning and organizational skills
• You have an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of cybersecurity methodologies
• You have attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills
• You can work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines
• You can explain highly technical concepts to executives in a digestible fashion
• You have experience in an International Enterprise and have worked across different organizations, nationalities and cultural differences
• You have a masters degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification
• You have minimum 5 years of work experience with incident detection, incident response, and/or forensics
• You have an understanding of technology infrastructures using Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy,Web application firewalls ,secret management systems and Security Audits
• Experience with Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Office 365 Security,AWS and Azure security, Web application Firewalls ,Secret management systems and Endpoint Security
• You have good knowledge and experience with programming and scripting languages (Python,Powershell,…)
• You have great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques
• You have general or specific cyber security certifications
