Team description

Strongly support warehouse operations transformation process to be a mobility company by ensuring Material availability to process parts & accessories the safest way possible, exceeding customer expectations on quality & delivery at the lowest cost.

Safe & ergonomic machinery by design, applying latest technologies & techniques. The team ensures that internal customer operates with minimum resource, handling & touch points. This with full focus is on providing seamless hejunka service to the mobility customer matching ETA expectations.

Your responsibilities

To lead the maintenance team towards building a pro-active maintenance scheme & investment plan, guaranteeing safe healthy sustainable operations, meeting environmental & compliance challenges and support smooth & lean operations at optimum cost.

• Inspect periodically conducted / preventive maintenance and coach members
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Supervise and request development by contractor for maintenance technicians
• Conduct inspections during operations on procedures & applications by maintenance members (behavioural checks)
• Inspect and maintain racking systems and supervise application of legal required processes
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
• Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. warehouse reborn)
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are essential. You will be responsible for contracted members ensuring the smooth running of operations where your technical skills and knowledge of various crafts will keep up quality.  As excellent maintenance supervisor/engineer you must be reliable and have a great eye for detail to ensure that operational equipment always remains in a good and safe condition.

• Critical eye for details, safety & regulations
• Understanding of budgeting & performance management
• Local language or English 
• Proven experience in maintenance or similar role
