    Your Profile

    Your profile:

    • You are fluent in English (TME business language)
    • You are fluent in Dutch or in French (exchange with suppliers)
    • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree
    • You have minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a good understanding of the Belgian Payroll processes, including expatriate payroll.
    • You have knowledge of Belgian and European employment legislation
    • You have experience in an International company
    • You have a strong knowledge of project management and methodologies
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Word, PowerPoint

    Your team and your responsibilities

    Team/division description:

    EPAC (European Personnel Administration Centre) is accountable for ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely and customer-friendly services at 24 sites of TME across Europe (Head Office, logistics sites, representation offices and branches relating to: payroll, working time, absences and insured benefits. (Payroll administration and calculations are outsourced to external providers)

     

    Your responsibilities:

    As a Senior Specialist reporting to the EPAC Manager, you will support in the delivery and the continuous improvement of Belgian and European payroll, the time and absences registration and administration as well as insured benefits administration and projects.

    • Belgian Payroll and Working time & absences :
      - Follow-up and optimisation of the current processes and technologies. (targeting quality, efficiency and customer service).
      - Project management of new process implementation, software enhancements.
      - Monitor suppliers: liaison between suppliers and TME, KPI tracking, issue resolution.
    • Compliance: ensure systems and monitoring for compliance : SOX, GDPR, confidentiality, Tax, Social Security …
    • Insured Benefits:
      - Support on the management, delivery and improvement of operational processes.
      - Collaboration with the Compensation and Benefits team to develop internal content and communications.
    • Outside of Belgium:
      - Develop approaches to ensure and improve efficient and quality processes.
      - Optimise the payroll and administration services approach across Europe.
    • Digitalisation & Customer Service:
      - Focus on maximising digital solutions and high level of customer service.
